Our candidates People who fit most easily with our culture are bright, pro-active, hard working, unpretentious, confident, and have a good sense of humour. They show a combination of curiosity and competence. Strong emphasis is placed on analytical skills and on being a well-rounded team player.
The recruiting process There are 3 to 4 rounds of interviews with NeoFocus partners and consultants of various levels. Each interview generally has two parts: the personal discussion and a case. As we are always looking for new talents to join our firm, applications are open throughout the year.
